These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of redomysite.com and the conversion services provided by Contember Ltd, trading as RedoMySite ("Contember", "RedoMySite", "we", "us", or "our"). By placing an order, submitting project assets, or interacting with the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

RedoMySite recreates customer-owned websites as modern Astro projects with Tailwind CSS styling. Deliverables include static Astro components, pages, configuration files, and accompanying assets required to run the cloned site locally or on supported static hosts. Deliverables do not contain databases, authentication layers, server-side logic, or managed hosting services. RedoMySite does not provide ongoing hosting, back-end integration, or third-party license procurement unless explicitly agreed in writing.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts.
• You represent that you own, control, or have sufficient rights to the domain you submit and all content publicly accessible from that URL.
• Projects involving unlawful material, infringing content, or third-party proprietary assets without authorization will be refused.

• Pricing is published on our site and typically charged per page, currently starting at $3 USD with a $9 minimum order. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or apply custom quotes for complex requests before work begins.
• Orders begin when you submit the primary URL to be cloned. Our crawler scans publicly accessible pages on that domain and we present you with a list of pages you can select for purchase.
• Payment is due upon order via approved payment processors. You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, and currency conversion charges.
• Orders are considered confirmed after payment is received. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will issue a refund for unused amounts.

• You are responsible for providing accurate URLs and confirming which crawled pages should be cloned. Delays caused by incorrect URLs or unconfirmed selections may extend delivery timelines.
• RedoMySite delivers source files in Astro format. Deliverables are static files and exclude proprietary integrations, databases, authentication flows, APIs, or backend logic present on the original site.

To fulfill each order, RedoMySite uses automated tools to crawl the publicly accessible portions of the URL you submit. The crawler copies HTML, stylesheets, images, and other front-end assets needed to recreate the pages you select. We process only content available without authentication and do not attempt to bypass security measures. You are responsible for ensuring that automated crawling of your site complies with your own policies and with applicable law.

• You retain ownership of customer-supplied assets, trademarks, and content.
• Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, modify, and deploy the generated Astro code for your business purposes.
• RedoMySite retains ownership of any internal tools, workflows, or non-client-specific code libraries developed independently of your project.

• Provide timely feedback and approvals to help RedoMySite deliver work within estimated timelines.
• Ensure that all materials shared comply with applicable laws, including privacy, intellectual property, and accessibility requirements.
• Protect confidential access credentials. When access is required, share only through mutually agreed secure channels and revoke access when work is complete.

RedoMySite treats project assets and communications as confidential and uses them solely to deliver the Services. Both parties agree to protect any sensitive information shared in connection with a project and to refrain from disclosing it to third parties except as required by law or with prior written consent.

Estimated delivery times shared on the site or in communications are good-faith projections and may change due to project complexity or client response time. RedoMySite offers previews before final delivery when feasible. Requests for revisions must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery; additional revisions or new functionality may incur fees.

The Services may depend on third-party platforms such as payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, or asset storage. Their use is subject to their own terms and policies. RedoMySite is not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party providers but will collaborate with you to mitigate impacts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and deliverables are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. RedoMySite disclaims all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee that cloned pages will comply with third-party platform policies or pass automated compliance checks without client review.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RedoMySite and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RedoMySite, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or any content you provide.

RedoMySite may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in unlawful activity. You may terminate your relationship with us by discontinuing use of the Services. Sections of these Terms that by nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, intellectual property provisions, and limitations of liability) will continue in effect.

We may update these Terms periodically. When changes are material, we will post the revised Terms with a new "Last updated" date and, where required, notify you by email or through the Services. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. RedoMySite and the Client irrevocably agree that the courts of Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
